Bid4Spots Auction Co-Ordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Bid4Spots Auction Co-Ordinator to join the RadioWorks Group to work as part of the Bid4Spots / Auction Media team.

The role of Bid4Spots Auction Co-Ordinator is to help the business grow and develop, through delivering effective administrative support to both the Director of Auction Media and the Business and Operations Manager, with a specific focus on the Bid4Spots platform.

Package Description:

Experience and skills:

You’ll need to demonstrate good administration skills with exceptional attention to detail, good communication skills, be proactive, flexible and personable, and if you have an understanding of radio station processes all the better. You will also have intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel whilst a genuine passion for radio is a must.

The Role:
We are looking for people who are passionate about radio and digital audio, and you will be working alongside your colleagues to deliver campaigns across all aspects of the audio landscape.  You will be working on fast paced accounts, and will be focused on the strategic planning and buying side across a portfolio of client accounts and of course delivering exceptional customer service as part of our award winning team. You’ll be a strong communicator, have an exceptional eye for detail and must be numerate. A genuine passion for the wider field of advertising is a must, along with strong communication skills. The exact role will be dependent on the candidates experience. We’ll be looking for you to demonstrate that you can build close and collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues and media owners. You’ll be comfortable evaluating creative ideas, planning strategic campaigns and delivering them with confidence and passion. If you are at an early stage in your career we would encourage applications from those with a passion for media, advertising, radio and digital audio, strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Accounts Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic radio advertising agency in Central London.  This is an entry level/junior position assisting the Finance Department with daily and monthly tasks.

This position would suit a recent graduate looking for their first role in accountancy or someone with 6 month’s work experience in a Finance Department who is looking to take on a new opportunity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase ledger invoices using SAGE 200
  • Raise monthly client statements
  • Process bank payments and receipts
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Process business expenses (employee expenses, company credit card and petty cash) including VAT analysis
  • Assist with Credit Control
  • General administrative duties

Person Specification and Skills:

The position requires the successful candidate to demonstrate high levels of accuracy, work well within a team and have good time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills are essential as you will regularly be liaising with clients and non-finance staff.
