THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Managing Director, this new leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies across the RadioWorks Group.

As Group Commercial Director, you will be proactive and driven to deliver sales performance and capability, ensuring commercial targets are met and sustained growth inside the business achieved.  You will maximise all opportunities across RadioWorks, Radio Trading Desk, Digital Audio Works and Maple St Creative.

Key to the role will be your ability to inspire, develop and lead a successful team to further excellence, positioning RadioWorks as indispensable partners to our clients’ through enhanced customer engagement, ideas and solutions.

Robust and meaningful relationships with key stakeholders such as media owners and clients will be a must.

You will play a key role in the future of the RadioWorks Group.

KEY SKILLS:

  • 10 years minimum media experience
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience in the media industry, in particular digital and radio sales
  • Results driven
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proven sales / commercial leadership experience
  • Strategic and innovative thinker, with an entrepreneurial brave approach
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong relationship builder across all levels inside a business
  • A natural problem solver and confident negotiator

THE ROLE:
This new role reports to the Group Commercial Director.  You will be responsible for the creation and delivery of our commercial content strategy, designed to grow our brand integration revenue, enhance customer engagement plus have a broad view of additional commercial content opportunities for the business as a whole.

Key to the role will be your ability to think strategically, creatively and commercially, to create brand integration solutions for our clients.

As Head of Branded Content, you will develop strong relationships with the RadioWorks team, media owners, clients and other key stakeholders.

You will inspire, develop and lead the Brand Integration team to operational excellence.  You and your team will champion ‘ideas led’ solutions inside and outside of the business.

KEY SKILLS:

  • 10 years minimum media experience, much of which in the brand integration / solutions space
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Immensely creative. The ability to extend a vision beyond the obvious and deliver a range of creative ideas and options
  • Strategic thinker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong relationship builder
  • A natural problem solver and confident negotiator
  • Self-motivated and self-managing

RADIOWORKS MEDIA ASSISTANT VACANCY

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Media Assistant to join the RadioWorks Group – the UK’s largest independent radio and digital audio advertising specialist.

The Role:

The Media Assistant plays a vital role providing administrative support to the Media Team, ensuring complete delivery of all audio campaigns and providing full administrative support. Liaising between clients and stations, ensuring all creative assets are supplied, received and broadcast correctly. The successful candidate will work across all elements of the business, including RadioWorks, Digital AudioWorks and Maple Street Creative.

The Candidate:

Our ideal candidate will be have a passion for radio, audio and the wider media landscape. They will be highly organised, detail oriented, able to prioritise and meet deadlines, as well as being an excellent communicator and a team player. They will be proactive, flexible, have excellent communication skills and be a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude. Knowledge of campaign management is desirable, but not vital.
