Bauer Relaunches InStream and Expands Digital Audio Portfolio

Last week, Bauer announced the relaunch of its Digital Audio advertising solution, InStream. The platform has been etched with the new motto, ‘The Safe & Sound Digital Audio Advertising Solution’ and now has further access to Bauer’s network of trusted and influential brands due to its newly expanded inventory.

The group’s removal of third party distributors means advertisers will have exclusive access to iconic Bauer household names. In addition to the brands already available via InStream, (Absolute Radio and KISS) Bauer will introduce Magic Radio and the newly launched Scala Radio, as well as audio products from renowned publishing brands such as Empire and Grazia.

According to Bauer, the group is placing significant investment in the Digital Audio space following its recent successes:

  • The UK’s biggest Digital Radio station KISSTORY
  • 74 podcasts including The EMPIRE Film Podcast
  • Fast-growing Absolute Radio brand extensions including Absolute 80s
  • Industry-leading Alexa Skills developed in-house for all Bauer radio brands.
