We have a fantastic opening in our ranks for a newly created role of a part-time Facilities and Health & Safety Co-Ordinator to join the RadioWorks Group based in our London office in Fitzrovia.
This role requires a combination of approachable, highly organised and proactive skills, you’ll need to have prior facilities assistant or office management experience.
You will undertake all facility management and H&S aspects for the business, covering responsibilities such as: fire safety and evacuations, first aid training, weekly/monthly audits, contractor management, reception duties, office ordering and assisting with staff events.
It requires fantastic communication and customer service skills, to enable regular and effective interaction across various stakeholder levels both internally and externally. Finally, you’ll be enthusiastic, valuing safe and pleasant working space for staff and clients alike.
This is a part-time position of 18hrs per week, set days and hours are flexible – ideally 3 days covering 09h00-15h30.
Ideally, you will be NEBOSH qualified or at minimum IOSH and be up to date with current regulations, in addition to a formal qualification must have at a very minimum of 1 year of experience in your arsenal in a role such as facilities assistant or office manager/receptionist – being fairly hands on.
You will enjoy keeping and creating a safe and clean office environment, be able to proactively work to foresee challenges prior to them arising. In addition to being someone who strives to keep abreast of current laws and regulations and has the necessary skills to implement change.
