Aussie singer and actor Jason Donovan will return to Heart to host a new weekly show after taking a break to tour the UK with musical, Priscilla Queen of the Desert. The star will host a weekend show on Sunday evenings with a three hour slot dedicated to the 80’s.
350,000 Derbyshire listeners will now be able to listen to DAB after a new transmitter was launched. Listeners will be able to receive five local radio stations – BBC Radio Derby, Gem 106, Capital East Midlands, Heart and Gold for the first time on DAB digital radio.
Puppets from comedy musical Avenue Q took over 106 JACK Oxfordshire last week to promote the show’s arrival in the city. Trails, a website takeover and mobile app pre-roll activity took place whilst songs introductions and presenters shows were interrupted by the Avenue Q cast.
