London's most popular station,
beating Radio 1 (in London) and climbing above
Kiss, Magic and
Heart since last
quarter, with 2.2 million
listeners. Clyde 1 remains the
most listened to commercial
station in Scotland with 583,000
weekly listeners.

Absolute 80s
tops
the digital-only station race,
up 28.8% year on year and
Kisstory, just behind, is also up 32.9% year
on year. The stations have 1.6
and 1.46 million weekly
listeners respectively.

Capital FM
(Dave and Lisa) is now London’s
biggest breakfast show up from
2nd position last quarter with
1.1 million weekly listeners.
Magic (Nick
Snaith) jumps to 2nd place
followed by Heart
(Jamie and Emma) in 3rd
place with Kiss
(Ricky, Melvin and Charlie)
dropping down from 1st to 4th

Commercial radio has increased its share of listening versus the BBC with figures now at
44.4% and on a local level, commercial radio dominates with more than three times the amount of listeners. |
