Edith Bowman for breakfast at Virgin Radio

UTV’s version of Virgin Radio will see former Radio 1 presenter Edith Bowman return to full time radio hosting the breakfast show. Virgin Radio will launch on March 30th, and include Jamie East 10am – 1pm, Kate Lawler 1pm – 4pm, Matt Richardson 4pm – 7pm and with Tim Cocker 7pm – 11pm.

Bauer launches KISS in Norway and Finland

Bauer’s KISS brand has launched in Norway on DAB+, and Finland on FM over the last few weeks.

The move marks the first time Bauer has taken its brands outside the UK.

Ed Vaizey marks World Radio Day

Britain’s commercial radio sector supported World Radio Day this weekend, on Saturday 13 February 2016.

This year the theme for World Radio Day is “Radio in times of emergency and disaster.”
